Product Marketing Manager – SaaS CRM Company

Job Summary:
Halo Programs is currently seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager for our corporate office located in Walled Lake, MI.

The Product Marketing Manager works directly for the CEO and is a member of the Leadership Team. This is a big position, a huge opportunity, and a no-excuses seat! As the Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the creation and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns to position our software as a solution for our customers and prospects nationwide. In larger corporations this is the equivalent of a CMO position. The goal is to 10X the company in just a few years growing users of our SaaS CRM Software with built-in Marketing Automation. The Product Marketing Manager is focused on empowering go-to-market teams such as sales, support, customer success, and account management. Our CRM software solutions are custom-built for Real Estate Companies, Mortgage Lenders, and Residential Contractors.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ability to take charge in all things marketing related
• Launch the Rebrand – Mobile 1st UI/UX this year (has already been under development for 1.5 years)
• Launch the Freemium Version of CRM software this year
• Explode new brand to build awareness to approximately 2 million potential users, management, and executives
• Grow free users into paid subscribers and/or corporate agreements
• Grow adoption of users (prioritizing feature requests from users)
• Grow monthly sales per user
• Grow users from 30,000 to 300,000+ within a few years
• Reduce the cost to acquire
• Manage marketing partners including digital & creative agencies to support your strategy
• Oversee & track pay-per-click ads to ensure the spend is producing an ROI

Salary:
Negotiable, plus bonus

Required Technical Skills/Abilities/Traits:
• Proven track record of scaling a B2B company
• Develop marketing strategy (including competitor research)
• Execute your own marketing strategy
• Experience with public relations and press releases
• Quickly pivot if strategy is not working
• Highly energetic and motivated
• A confident self-starter with a passion for sales, marketing, and technology
• Out-of-the-box, creative, big picture driven
• WordPress experience a plus
• Sharpspring, HubSpot or other marketing automation platform skills a plus
• Utilize videos in marketing via email marketing

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Appointment Setting Company & Marketing Partners; as we scale, building an internal marketing team

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Masters preferred
• 10+ years of marketing experience
• 5+ years marketing and growing a software company
• 5+ of marketing a SaaS company
• 3+ years of relevant business development experience is ideal

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
