Seeking experienced Residential Real Estate Industry Representatives who already work directly with Real Estate Brokerages at the leadership level.

Ideal candidates have prior experience as a Title Representative, Home Warranty Representative, or similar roles that focus on brokerage relationships rather than individual agents.

Primary goal:

Introduce RealEstateHalo, our enterprise marketing and CRM platform for real estate brokerages, to the brokerage leaders you already work with.

Your role is to explain the value of the platform, build interest, and schedule product demos — conducted by our internal RealEstateHalo team.

This opportunity allows you to represent a high-value, easy-to-present enterprise solution while building a predictable recurring revenue stream.

Job Responsibilities & Key Duties

  • Promote the RealEstateHalo enterprise platform to real estate brokerages.
  • Identify qualified brokerage prospects and schedule demos with the RealEstateHalo team.
  • Leverage your existing relationships with brokerage owners, managers, and leadership teams.
  • Clearly communicate the value of RealEstateHalo as a brokerage-level marketing, client engagement, and CRM system.
  • Share regional and market feedback to help support strategic growth.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Established experience working directly with real estate brokerages, ideally as a:
  • Title Representative
  • Home Warranty Representative
  • Or other real estate industry sales professional calling on broker leadership
  • A strong existing network of brokerage owners, managers, and executive decision-makers.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a polished, professional style.
  • Experience representing SaaS or enterprise solutions is a plus (but not required).

Compensation & Benefits

  • New Deal worth $5K-$15K
  • 2-3 new accounts per month on track for $250,000 annually 
  • Commission-only – paid monthly based on brokerage customer signups
  • Uncapped earnings potential with recurring commissions as brokerages grow on the platform.
  • A long-term revenue opportunity as RealEstateHalo adoption expands across markets.
  • Full support provided, including training, marketing materials, and product resources.
