What our price includes
A printing-only price
You pay for the cards. Then the box arrives and the rest is yours: getting a mailing list, addressing every piece, sorting it, taking it to the post office and paying the postage.
A Halo mailed price
Our in-house team prints your postcards, UV coats them, addresses them and mails them, and the postage is in the price. Letters are printed, addressed and mailed the same way, without the coating. Every Door Direct Mail cards are printed and delivered with postage included, without the coating.

Real estate postcards, mailers and letters
Real estate direct mail for agents, teams and brokerages who want a listing, a sale or their own name in front of a neighborhood. Designs available today: Just Listed, Just Sold, Open House, Price Reduced, Welcoming Your New Neighbor, Agent Promo, Agent Testimonial, and co-branded cards shared with a loan officer. Each is personalized with your photo, name, license number, company, phone and email, and with the property photos and details you add.
When to use them: the week a listing goes live, the week it closes, and ahead of an open house. You mail to a list you upload, to the homes around an address, or to a list you build in the store. See the four ways to choose who receives it.
Farming a neighborhood: mailing the same area again and again is how an agent becomes the name that neighborhood knows. Just Listed and Just Sold postcards sent to a list, or Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) to whole carrier routes, are the real estate mailers agents use for it.

HVAC and home service postcards
For heating, cooling and other home service companies. Two designs are ready today: Tune Up Time, a seasonal maintenance reminder, and Installs In Your Area, for the homes around a job you just finished. Each carries your logo, a team member’s photo and name, and your phone and website. For anything else, such as a seasonal offer or another service you provide, upload your own design in the sizes under Any business.
When to use them: Tune Up Time before the heating and cooling seasons; Installs In Your Area in the days after an installation, mailed as contractor neighborhood postcards to the homes around the job address, or to whole carrier routes with Every Door Direct Mail.

Mortgage mailers

Today the store carries co-branded postcards that put a loan officer beside a real estate agent on a Just Listed or agent card, and upload-your-own postcards in three sizes for your own design. There is no mortgage-only template yet; if you have artwork, the upload-your-own sizes under Any business are the way to mail it.

A postcard goes to every address on the postal carrier routes you choose. You do not need a mailing list. It suits blanketing a neighborhood with EDDM postcards: a new listing, an open house, a company new to the area. Orders start at 200 pieces. How choosing routes works.

Choose who receives your mail
There are four ways. The first three send a postcard or letter to a list of addresses: one you upload, or one you buy in the store. The fourth, Every Door Direct Mail, sends a postcard to every address on the postal routes you pick.
Upload your Excel or CSV mailing list
Already have a list of customers or prospects? Upload a mailing list and we address a piece to everyone on it. A list template is there to download if you want a starting point, and with a store account you can save, edit and reuse your lists in the Recipient List Manager.
File types the store accepts: .xls, .xlsx, comma-delimited .csv, .xml, .mdb and .accdb.
Neighborhood mailers: the homes around an address
Enter an address and how many pieces you want to send, and the store selects the closest records to that address by carrier route. Use it to announce a listing or a sale to the neighbors, or to introduce your company to the homes around an installation you just finished.
This is a list you buy in the store, built around one address, with a minimum of 25 pieces. The selection follows postal carrier routes, so you get nearby homes, not a strict nearest-door-first order. It is set by the number of pieces you want; to choose by distance or by drawing on a map instead, see the targeted list. This is mail to a list, not Every Door Direct Mail.
Buy a targeted mailing list
Build a list in the store by place: up to 25 ZIP codes typed in or an Excel file of ZIP codes, a city, a county or a state, a radius around an address by carrier route, or an area you draw on a map. Then narrow it with filters such as property type, year built, home value, owner or renter, length of residence and estimated household income.
A list you build has a minimum of 25 pieces with geographic targeting alone and 50 with added filters. The prices on this page are for printing and mailing; the store shows any charge for a purchased list as you build the order. Not every filter suits every campaign, and real estate and mortgage advertisers remain responsible for fair housing and fair lending rules.
Carrier-route mailing with Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM)
Pick postal carrier routes on a map and combine as many as you need. You can include or leave out business addresses. For each route the store shows the residential, business and total delivery counts, with a summary of the route’s demographics.
Those summaries are averages for a route, not a way to pick individual households: your postcard goes to every address of the kinds you include on the routes you choose. Orders start at 200 pieces, and your quantity is the delivery count of your routes, so it will not be an exact round number.

Customize your postcard or letter
You change the design in the store and see a preview of the front and back as you go. What you can change depends on the template you pick:
- Colors: choose the postcard color on templates that offer a choice.
- Photos and branding: add your headshot, your company logo and the property or job photos the template has room for.
- Contact details: your name, company, license number, phone, email and website.
- Headlines: change the front and back headlines.
- Message: pick one of the messages offered or write your own.
- Your own design: on upload-your-own products, send a finished front and back and skip the template.
You approve a proof before anything is printed.
Prepare multiple orders
You do not have to check out one piece at a time. Add several orders to your cart, such as a Just Listed card and a Just Sold card, or the same design to two different lists, and check out once. You can go back into any item in the cart and change it before you place the order. Make your changes before you check out: a placed order goes ahead as approved.
