RealEstateHalo
For individual agents, teams and brokerages.
Starting at $48.25/month when billed annually.
- Starter plan includes: one user or team and up to 500 contacts, with setup by our team and done-for-you email marketing.
- Month to month: not offered on Starter, which is billed annually. Growth, a larger plan (up to 3 users, up to 3,000 contacts), is $499 a month, month to month.

ContractorHalo
For residential HVAC and home service contractors.

Standard plans
Standard plans are done-for-you email marketing, sized by the number of users and contacts. Every standard plan includes account setup by our team, a personalized profile, contact list import, email address verification, monthly delivery, replies sent to your inbox, reporting, Marketing Store access and live customer support. You can sign up and pay online.
Enterprise and custom
Enterprise pricing is set for your organization and starts with a demo.
- MortgageHalo: Enterprise, for large lenders, adds custom branding and campaigns, LOS integration, a lead assignment module, satisfaction and executive reporting, and multi-location and multi-brand setups.
- RealEstateHalo: Enterprise, for brokerages, adds brokerage branding, custom post-close and just listed and just sold programs, office rostering, MLS and transaction management integration, and reporting by branch.
- ContractorHalo: Enterprise adds dispatch integration, custom neighborhood postcards and install programs, customer satisfaction surveys, executive and return-on-investment reporting, and multi-location setup.
What else to know before you buy
- Annual and month to month are different prices. The “starting at” figure is the annual price divided by twelve. It is charged once a year, not monthly. Month-to-month billing costs more per month and is shown above for each product.
- The checkout shows the full amount before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated there.
- Printed mail is separate on standard plans. Postcards, letters and Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) are ordered on demand when you want them, with no subscription, and are not part of a plan’s price. Sizes and prices are on Print & Mail Services. On Enterprise plans, mail can be built into your managed program.
