A History of Mutual Respect

From the very first days of the company’s existence, Halo Programs’ (then known as Halo Programs) leadership has placed an unwavering emphasis on treating our team members like royalty. Operations were growing, and so a larger office was built in the mid 1980’s to fit all the staff. As a grand gesture, every employee on staff was promised an office with a window – and the leadership delivered on their promise!
