You don’t want to miss the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association’s largest event of the year! It’s time for the MMLA’s Sales & Marketing Symposium, scheduled for March 16 at the Crystal Gardens Banquet Center in Howell. Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association Symposium

The event and networking opportunities get started early with a buffet breakfast where you can meet and greet with people and companies who offer you the tools and products you need to boost your sales. Hundreds of people are expected to attend, so be sure to get your tickets ahead of time. Here’s an overview of the day’s schedule:

  • Morning sessions include a discussion with economist Chris Bennett about how the new White House administration will affect the industry and financial markets, followed by a talk from Keynote Speaker and professional business coach Ken Taylor. Author of over 1500 articles, two books, and 33 training programs, Ken has appeared on radio and television and speaks to thousands of people each year who are eager to hear his message about creating success.
  • Afternoon sessions begin after a break for lunch in the exhibit hall. At 1pm you’ll hear Mike Jekel of Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions explain the pros and cons of Non-QM Lending. He’ll be followed by Continuity’s Kirk King who will present, “3 Keys to Amplifying Your Mortgage Business & Driving More Services Per Household.” This session is jam-packed with information on mortgage marketing, customer relationship management, and lead generation. King will demonstrate a system that has proven to help banks by increasing account usage, boosting services per household, growing incremental revenue, and retaining customers for life. You will walk away knowing how to tap into your customer database for new business!?

The event is open to MMLA members and non-members alike, and there’s a discount offered for groups of five. Please be sure to let us know if you plan to attend and if you’ll be stopping by our booth; we’d be happy to schedule a meeting with you prior to the event.
